New Zealand Grown – Super Antioxidants

New Zealand grown produce and mussels have high antioxidant levels. Presumably due to the hole in the ozone layer over NZ and Antarctic, the air, the water and the volcanic soil…but is it measurable?

Scientist have found that New Zealand grown results in antioxidant levels that are about 2 times higher than when grown anywhere else! Equally important, there are a number of antioxidants that are unique to New Zealand such as the NZ Green Lip mussel and the NZ Black Currant.
